Detailed Description:

The HealthFY platform addresses the major issues faced by corporations, namely absenteeism, presenteeism, high illness and accident rates, hospitalizations and the resulting low productivity.

As a differential, HealthFY provides an intuitive decision-support Dashboard to health and quality-of-life program managers and a serious game interface to engage employees and, eventually, their families in a more healthful and conscious lifestyle.

On the personal side, to engage employees in healthy habits, HealthFY associates a mobile game and a gamified process whereby each employee creates their own avatar and can select the indicators of their phone’s health apps that reflect their lifestyle preferences and health conditions. To score in the program, he is challenged to meet healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness goals both in the game and in the real world.

On the company side, the human resources professionals responsible for health and quality of life programs can visualize, in HealthFY Dashboard, indicators aggregated by various filters, e.g.: department, similar job functions, people working with tight schedules or in risk or stressful projects, people with similar restrictions or illness, and so on. Then the HR user (or the physician) can zoom in until the individual level to define gamified challenges, start a video chat, send some guidance or even schedule a visit to the doctor. With future HealthFY data analytics tools, historical data sets can be mined for patterns indicative of potential situations and behaviors and actions can be suggested to promote actions to reduce absenteeism and accident rates, as well as health insurance claims rates, reducing expenses and increasing productivity. Beyond that, engaging initiatives can be dynamically included by the HR user, like a “weekend run, walk, unwind, network and have fun” program.

The corporate clients served in-person by our mother company Meu Spa, in the last years, have suffered and want to cure the pains of absenteeism, occupational diseases, and employee stress. These testimonials and the interviews with other prospective companies point out a great potential market in Brazil for our management solution for quality of life and wellness programs.

HealthFY cloud-based solution will be delivered through the combination of a website and mobile apps/games. The website can be customized by the system administrator chosen by the client organization to reflect its visual identity as well as the repertoire of functionality and interface elements to be made available to quality of life managers. The system also will include tutorials, a help system, and a web-based chat help channel.

In the same way that there are consultancies that implement business management systems such as SAP, we can accredit companies that provide services in the area of physiotherapy and quality of life to act as partners to sell and support the deployment of HealthFY in their client companies.
